Jared Langmaid is a producer with experience spanning film production, strategic consulting and asset management.

 

His screen credits include producer on the short film Maison, which was selected for the St Kilda Film Festival, Katherine Alive (2019), where he served as Production Manager and Producer under Director Joseph Meldrum, and James Gunn's Peacemaker Season 1 (HBO, 2021), where he gained over 60 days of on-set experience across locations and production operations.

 

Prior to focusing on screen production, Jared built a successful career with global engineering, design and advisory firm Aurecon, where he progressed to Associate Director and Strategic Asset Management Lead. During this time, he led major infrastructure, resources and public sector projects across Australia and internationally, managing multidisciplinary teams, complex stakeholder environments and multi-million-dollar programs.

 

Drawing on both creative and commercial experience, Jared is now focused on developing and producing distinctive Australian stories that entertain audiences while servicing under represented voices.
